What if I already have a domain name?
No problem! If your domain name is registered elsewhere, we simply need the EPP key (transfer authorization code). If your domain name is registered with GoDaddy, you need to complete the domain transfer process. Or you can simply give us your GoDaddy account details.
Your old website will remain online until your newly designed site goes lives. We’ll then delete your old website and your new one will takes its place. The entire process only takes a few minutes.
Do you offer a logo design service?
Yes. We strongly believe that all businesses should have a logo. If you don’t have a logo for your website, contact our customer service department at 514-461-3411 and ask for our graphic design service. If you prefer not to use our logo creation service, we will put your business name in colour at the top of your website as a logo.
Do your plans include revisions and changes?
Changes during the preview step are included in all our plans. Minor changes are also included once your website is online. Time banks are available from our customer service department for subsequent changes.
Once the contract is signed, what happens next?
Our approach is to get your website online quickly and efficiently, with a proven process that makes things easy for you. Here are the steps we follow to take your website online:
- You answer a short questionnaire
- We write
- We design
- We integrate
- You review everything and we make adjustments as needed
- That’s it! Your site is online in less than 30 days (from the moment we receive your completed questionnaire).
Can I view my website before it goes live?
Absolutely. Our team will send you a preview of your site by email. You will have one week to send us your changes, comments or approval before we proceed with the integration of the rest of your site.
Your site then goes live, but you can continue to share your comments with us.
How long will it take to get my website online?
If we have all the necessary information, your website will be online within 30 days of us receiving your completed questionnaire.
Will I own my website?
Yes! Unlike with many other web agencies, your website will belong to you. We will simply manage it during the entirety of your contract. When your contract expires, you have two options:
- You can take your site back and take over the management of your domain name and the hosting of your website.
- You can opt for a new plan and continue to entrust us with the management of your domain name, the hosting of your site and all your complementary products.
